1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Spriff platform, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Spriff is a digital platform that enables users to discover amateur sports tournaments, register for them, and book sports courts. The service is provided by Emilio Micali (hereinafter "Spriff" or "we").

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use Spriff you must:

• Be at least 14 years old (or have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 14)
• Register only one account per person
• Provide truthful registration data and keep it up to date

4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account. In the event of unauthorized access or a security breach, notify us immediately at privacy@spriff.com.

5. User Conduct

By using Spriff you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the service for illegal activities or activities contrary to public order
• Disturb, harass, or offend other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to Spriff's systems or other users' accounts

6. Sports Tournaments

Spriff acts solely as an intermediary between players and tournament organisers. Spriff is not responsible for the organisation, running, cancellation, or any damages arising from participation in tournaments. Each organiser is solely responsible for their own tournament.

7. Court Bookings

Spriff enables users to book sports courts offered by affiliated organisations. Court bookings are agreements directly between the user and the organising association. Spriff acts as an intermediary and does not process payments directly on the platform — payment arrangements are handled between the user and the association. Cancellation policies are set by each individual association and displayed at the time of booking.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform's content (logo, graphics, interface, source code) is the property of Emilio Micali and is protected by copyright law. Content uploaded by users (profile pictures, descriptions) remains the property of the user, who grants Spriff a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to display it within the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of continuity or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spriff's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability (or €0 if the service was free).

10. Account Suspension and Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. In case of material changes, we will notify you by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Trieste has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms.

13. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers resident in the EU may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes relating to online contracts: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
